1. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information—including name, email, and vehicle preferences—solely to facilitate Japanese auto auctions and global export logistics. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe’s encrypted infrastructure.


​2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

​Service Retainers: The $499 Presidential Retainer is for professional sourcing, intelligence, and auction access. Once work has commenced, this fee is non-refundable but is 100% deductible from the final success fee upon successful acquisition.
​Independent Audits: The $250 Audit fee covers a completed professional inspection and report. Once the report is delivered to the client, the fee is non-refundable.
​Acquisition Fees: Success-based brokerage fees (4.9%) are earned upon the successful execution of a vehicle purchase and are non-refundable once the asset is secured at auction.


​3. TERMS & CONDITIONS

​Brokerage Model: AHAD WORLDWIDE TRADINGS合同会社​ operates as a licensed Japanese car brokerage (License 911180009350). We act as your executive representative at major Japanese auctions (USS, I-AUC, etc.).
​Transparency: We charge a transparent 4.9% fee on the auction price. Original auction house invoices are provided to ensure total financial clarity.
​Jurisdiction: All agreements are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Saga District Court.


​4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

AHAD WORLDWIDE TRADINGS合同会社​ coordinates all global export logistics. Delivery timelines are subject to international shipping schedules. All vehicles are insured during transit until they reach the destination port specified in the bill of lading.
